What to Bring on Your Trip

Unless you have pre-purchased our vacation and linen kits, your rental will not be furnished with household or bedding items. Not sure what to bring with you? This is a guide to help you in preparing for your trip. You may not need all these items and there might be items you will want that are not on this list. It’s just a guide.


General Equipment

  • Blankets, pillows, sleeping bags, sheets, etc
  • Towels, wash clothes, dish towels, dish cloths
  • Paper towels, facial tissues, RV/Marine toilet paper only!
  • Garbage can
  • Door mat
  • Laundry bag
  • Extension Cords (heavy duty)
  • Small broom/dust pan
  • Camera
  • Flashlight, spare batteries
  • Rope, clothesline, clothes pins
  • Matches
  • Lawn Chairs
  • Sunscreen
  • Umbrella
  • Washable Crayons Only
  • Dish Soap, bath soap, shampoo, Soap Dish etc
  • Video/Audio – CD’s/DVD’s, MP3 players and laptop computers (many campgrounds have WI-FI)

  • Dishes (paper or plastic), flatware, utensils, cups, napkins
  • Pots, pans (iron skillet, sauce pans)
  • Pot holders
  • Ice Chests & ice
  • Coffee maker
  • Toaster
  • Garbage/Trash bags & plastic food bags
  • Grill & charcoal
  • BBQ Tools
  • Can opener (manual)
  • Salt, pepper, herbs, condiments
  • Drinking Water (we do not recommend drinking or cooking with water from the motorhome holding tank)
  • Aluminum foil, zip-loc bags
  • Scouring pads
